How do you ship locally?
We provide delivery by our trusty couriers, FedEx and Qxpress for all deliveries within Singapore, except to these restricted areas.

What is your online exchange policy?
Exchange can only be made for another item of the same value or higher with a top-up. Be sure to include the exact style, colour and size of the new item on the return note. You are only entitled to a one-time exchange per item. Strictly no refunds are allowed for items under sale or special promotions. |

How do I make an exchange or refund for online orders?
We ask that items are returned in its original packaging with the swing tag attached, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
Online refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7 business days from the day we receive your parcel. Refunds with the deduction of shipping will be made to the original mode of payment. |

How do I ship back/ drop off the return order? Drop us an email at info@ginleestudio.com and we'll arrange for a pick-up at your doorstep. A cart will be sent to you for payment of delivery. Customers will be required to print out the shipping note themselves.
Alternatively, you may choose to head down to our Raffles City or Great World City boutique to drop off your online return.

How do I care for my GINLEE Studio apparels? At GINLEE Studio, we curate fabrics that are soft, lightweight, exhibit a luscious hand-feel, and yet easy to care for. Those are paramount to us because as an everyday woman, comfort and low maintenance in garments help to make our lives easier. As a rule of thumb, always wash dark and light coloured clothing separately.
Pleated Apparels
Pleats are formed using a set of moulds and high heat, thus the only thing that can reverse its formation is – high heat. Interested to see how it’s made? Watch this.
Other Apparel
The pleats of my item have flattened, can they be restored? The repleating process requires the garment to be sent back to our supplier, taken apart, flattened thoroughly, pleated and sewn back together before it is sent back to Singapore, taking a waiting time of around 7 weeks – essentially the same process of producing a new item. How do I earn GINLEE Circle loyalty points? Earn points every time you spend. Earn 1 point for every $1 spent at our stores at Raffles City, Great World City and online.
How do I reach the next tier level? Meet the minimum spend to unlock the next tier within the validity period.
I've redeemed some of my points. Will my tier level get downgraded? Your tier status is based on your amount spent and not points amassed. Your tier status will not be affected when you redeem points.
How do I check my loyalty points and tier status? You may check your tier progression and points on our website by clicking on 'Rewards' at the bottom right of our site and logging in to your account.
Will my GINLEE Circle loyalty points expire? Points will expire after 2 years. This applies to members at all tier levels. You will be notified of your points expiry 60 days before the expiry date, and a final notification 7 days before.
When does my tier status begin and end? Your tier status begins the moment you join the GINLEE Circle and has a validity of 1 year before it expires. If upgraded, your tier status will be renewed for another year starting from the date of upgrade.
What happens when my tier status gets downgraded? You will still be able to enjoy the full benefits of the respective tier. You will not lose any points. Once you've met the minimum spend amount, you will be upgraded right back again.
Am I able to gift my vouchers to a friend or family member? Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credits.
When do I get my birthday points? The bonus birthday points will only be rewarded on your actual birthday. Make sure your birthday details are entered at least 30 days before your special day! This perk is exclusive to our Dune tier members and above.
I have put in my birthday information but my birthday has passed. Can I still get the birthday reward? Kindly contact us at info@ginleestudio.com.
I've made a purchase in-store before. Why don't I see my points online? An online account with us is required to check your points. If you've left your details with us in-store, use the same email you've registered with to log in for your points and tier status to be reflected. If you do not have an online account, sign up here.
Will I be able to get points from past purchases I've made once I sign up? Yes you can! Kindly let one of our staff know for the points to be reflected in your account. Only purchases made from the past 2 years will be valid and contribute to your points.
